We look at the affected area and the conditions around it — moisture, ventilation, drainage, how the space is built.

You get it in writing

What we found, what we recommend, what it costs, and what we think caused it. Then you decide.

We won't give you a response-time promise we can't keep. If you're working to a closing date or an installation date, say so when you contact us and we'll tell you straight away whether it's realistic.

Helpful to include

  • Which area it is — attic, basement, crawl space, knee wall or something else
  • How you found it: home inspection, insulation estimate, energy audit, renovation or just noticed it
  • Photos, or the relevant page of an inspection report
  • Whether there's a deadline, such as a closing or a scheduled installation
  • Who referred you, if a contractor, inspector or agent sent you
  • Anything you already know about past leaks or moisture in the space
