For energy-efficiency & insulation professionals

Suspected microbial
growth stalling
the job?

Keep the customer moving
toward the work you recommended.

A practical referral path for attic, basement, crawl-space and knee-wall discoveries — without GOAT Service taking over your customer relationship.

Address the condition  ·  Preserve the project  ·  Reduce the delay

A referral program built
around your project

GOAT Service has served as a trusted referral resource for energy-efficiency and insulation professionals for more than ten years. When a suspected microbial-growth condition interrupts an approved scope, we help the customer understand the next step and pursue a focused solution when site conditions allow.

You've already done the hard part — earned the trust, identified the efficiency problem, written the scope. Then someone opens an attic hatch and the job freezes. This gives you somewhere controlled to send them.

1

Refer simply

Send the homeowner, inspection finding, photos or report. We clarify the next appropriate step.

2

Resolve clearly

The customer receives plain-language options, and the referring contractor receives updates when authorised.

3

Complete the plan

We reinforce the need to complete the underlying insulation, ventilation, air-sealing or moisture-control work.

The partner offer

What your customer gets

  • 25% off eligible standard non-emergency GOAT Service work for qualifying referred customers.
  • The eligible warranty may be doubled after documented completion of your qualifying corrective scope.
  • A free inspection and a written scope before any commitment.
  • Focused communication, no referral fee, and no implied Mass Save endorsement.
25%
Off qualifying work
Double the
eligible warranty

The 25% discount is calculated against GOAT Service's standard per-square-foot pricing. Eligibility, exclusions, scope, treatment method, pricing and warranty terms depend on inspection findings, documentation, site conditions, completion of qualifying corrective work and written GOAT Service terms. GOAT Service does not represent that every visible condition is mold, that every project qualifies, or that material removal will never be required. No Mass Save, utility or contractor endorsement is implied.

What this protects

The discount matters less than the continuity. Here's what we commit to.

Your customer relationship

We don't market competing insulation, HVAC, roofing or energy work to customers you refer. Full stop.

Your recommended scope

We reinforce the corrective work you identified rather than second-guessing it in front of your customer.

Your liability position

The homeowner contracts directly with GOAT Service. You're offering a resource, not guaranteeing our work.

Realistic scope

We document what we observe, avoid diagnosing from photographs, and say when targeted treatment isn't appropriate.

Your schedule

We treat installation dates as a priority and flag risk early. We won't promise a turnaround we can't hold.

Your visibility

Referral received, evaluation scheduled, recommendation issued, work completed — with customer authorisation.

Partner questions

Are you affiliated with or approved by Mass Save?

No. GOAT Service does not represent Mass Save affiliation, approval, certification or endorsement. This is an independent GOAT Service referral program, and we ask partners not to describe it otherwise.

Will you sell our customer other work?

No. GOAT Service does not solicit partner-referred customers for competing or unrelated insulation, HVAC, roofing or energy services. That commitment goes into the written partner terms.

Who hires GOAT Service?

The homeowner contracts directly with us. The referring contractor is not responsible for our work and is not guaranteeing it.

Do you pay referral fees?

No. The 25% is a customer discount, not compensation to the referring company. There is no undisclosed financial benefit in either direction.

Why is our corrective work tied to the warranty?

Because treatment doesn't correct every underlying moisture, ventilation, insulation or envelope condition. Completing your documented scope reduces preventable recurrence risk, which is what makes the enhanced warranty defensible.

What if the homeowner doesn't complete our recommendations?

They keep the standard eligible GOAT Service warranty subject to their contract, but don't receive the enhancement.

We already have a mold company.

Good — we're not asking you to displace a relationship that works. We're happy to sit on a backup list for overflow, geography, targeted treatment options, or situations where communication back to your team matters.

Will you tell the customer something that costs us the job?

We'll be accurate. We won't minimise a legitimate concern to protect a sale, and we won't inflate one to create work. That neutrality is what protects both companies.

Is the discount automatic?

No. The customer must be an eligible partner referral and the work must fall within the written program terms.

Need a reliable answer
before the installation stalls?

Fifteen minutes is enough to review your current process when an auditor or installer finds suspected growth, and decide whether GOAT Service belongs on your resource list.
